Ordering & Delivery

Due to COVID19 dispatch and delivery dates could be impacted
Due to Covid-19 our couriers are are experiencing extremely high volumes and reduced staff that has caused delays within their network. We are working hard to ensure all orders arrive in a prompt and timely manner. 

Scooter
Electric Scooter Delivery - Free
We offer free UK & Northern Ireland Delivery on all our e-scooters. Due to Covid-19 and carrier restrictions deliveries can take 3 - 5 working day.

Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland are charged at £9.99. Please allow 5 working days for delivery.

Inokim Ox electric scooter and Inokim Oxo electric scooter are available for UK store collection only.
Electric Bike

Electric Bike Delivery - Free
We offer free UK and Northern Ireland Delivery weekday delivery on all e-bikes. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and will take an estimated 5 working days to arrive from the order confirmation date.

Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland are charged at £9.99. Please allow 5 working days for delivery.

When you order an e-bike from us, it’ll be built and inspected by a qualified member of the Pure Electric team before being boxed up and sent to you. Once delivered, all you’ll need to do is use the supplied Pure Electric multitool to straighten the handlebars and attach the pedals.

Brompton Bikes - Collect from UK store
As part of the service offered in supplying Brompton bikes we require you to collect your Brompton from our London store

During checkout it will automatically be populated letting you know that it is Collection Only. Please allow three working days for your order to be ready to pick up. We’ll be in touch when your order is ready to collect.

Accessories Delivery - Free over £100
We offer UK and Northern Ireland Delivery 2 day delivery on accessories as standard. Delivery is free for orders over £100, and £4.99 for orders under £100

Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland are charged at £9.99. Please allow 5 working days for delivery.

Please note: Accessories ordered with e-bikes and e-scooters may come in separate deliveries.

International Ordering & Delivery
At this moment we only take orders from the UK and Ireland, but will be very soon delivering across Europe. 

Delivery to the UK and Northern Ireland
Delivery for all orders over £100 are free. Due to Covid-19 and carrier restrictions, delivery to the UK and Ireland can currently take up to 5 working days.

Unfortunately we do not deliver the following products to Northern Ireland: Brompton Electric Bikes, Inokim Ox electric scooter and Inokim Oxo electric scooter – these are available for UK store collection only.

Delivery to the Republic of Ireland

Signed for deliveries
All electric scooter orders are sent via a courier of our choice, and we may change the couriers we use without notice, although the level of service will always be equivalent. All electric scooter deliveries will need to be signed for, whether yourself, household member or a neighbour.

Failed deliveries
If you are away from the delivery address and a neighbour cannot sign for your delivery, then our chosen courier service will contact you or leave a card with details of how to arrange a redelivery, or collection from the local depot.

The item will be returned to Pure Electric if the courier unsuccessfully attempts to deliver the order to you on three occasions.

Returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges to deliver the item back to us. You will need to re-order your item to have it re-shipped.

Incorrect delivery details
Pure Electric cannot be held responsible if a customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which causes the item to be delivered incorrectly. The customer assumes full responsibility for all delivery details supplied at point of order.

If you think that you have entered incorrect delivery details after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as quickly as possible with your order number so that we can help to rectify the issue.
